︎ What do I do as a cognitive designer?
We all know the importance of understanding people. We are all aware that every voice deserves to be heard. But are we listening? Are we present with the users, the stakeholders, the teams, and our surroundings?

Read my thoughts on how to listen to our users without paying selective awareness.I believe ‘compassion’ is the key to successful design, that could lead people and organisations to business success and social change.
